Hours: 25 per week

Monday to Friday full time

39 weeks per year (term time only)

Grade: APTC 2, points 11-13

Salary: £18,357 - £18,396 pro rata (£10,830 - £10,853 per annum, actual salary)


Clockhouse is a large Primary School, which is a popular community school situated in Collier Row. The school was rated Good by Ofsted (May 2016) in all areas:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with a child with significant learning needs. The successful applicant will be flexible, reliable and committed and must have an NVQ Level 2 qualification.

We would welcome applications from staff who:

  • Are highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Are willing to work in a team but also show initiative to work independently
  • Meet the person specification and have at least an NVQ Level 2
  • Manual Handling qualification and First Aid Certificate would be an advantage
  • Experience of working with children with ASB would be preferable
