Harold Wood Primary School has vacancies for three Midday Supervisors to join our team and help develop our school ethos. Two of the positions available are for 1:1 lunchtiime support for SEN children.

Do you enjoy playing games and promoting positive play, ensuring that all our pupils are happy and safe? Are you approachable and able to work as part of a team and able to be flexible and adaptable? Could you be able to encourage pupil engagement and foster good behaviour?

If your answer is yes, we are looking to recruit Midday Supervisors to join our experienced team of lunchtime staff and it could be you!

Applicants should be able to talk about how they demonstrate the following qualities:


A sense of humour

An ability to stay calm and patient

As a member of our team you would use these qualities to make lunchtime a positive and worthwhile experience for all of our pupils.

Please note: The London Borough of Havering has undertaken a review of employee terms and conditions, which is planned to come into effect later this year.

This means that this vacancy will be graded at APTC 2 at a salary range of £9.78 per hour.

However aspects of those terms and conditions (including pay) could be subject to change following implementation of proposals arising from this review.
