Classroom Teacher/Pathway Leader

(TLR2b Allowance)

Permanent position

Pay Grade: M1-M6

Salary: £26,139 - £36,543 per annum + TLR2b £4,544 per annum

Full Time


We are looking to appoint an experienced classroom practitioner.

You should have evidence of producing outstanding outcomes for children and a proven commitment to continuous personal and professional development. You should be familiar with the SEND code of practice and have experience of working in a Special setting.

A TLR allowance is available for the right candidate to lead the PMLD pathway within the school.

You will be responsible for managing a team of teachers and support staff.

You should be a role model for outstanding teaching and lead and motviated teams by setting an excellent example of professional behaviour and integrity.
