Deputy Headteacher required

L12-L16 (Inner London Rate)

Full Time: January 2018

 

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team, who is forward thinking and ambitious. This focused individual will have a strong track record of improving results as well as experience of working across the primary age range within a challenging urban environment.

This position is to oversee our Year 5/6 Phase with responsibilities including teaching and learning, data analysis and curriculum, while raising standards to help take our diverse and exciting school to its outstanding future. This is a non-class based post with some teaching responsibility.

This well led Primary School is a large 4 form entry school, with a 78 place Nursery, on the borders of Barking and Dagenham. We are an inner London school and this is reflected in the salary, which is paid at an inner London rate. We are already a popular choice for parents.

We serve pupils of all abilities and work tirelessly to create an all-inclusive environment. Our children are enthusiastic, keen to learn and very well-behaved. Rush Green is an ambitious and vibrant place to work, with excellent staff and children who deserve the very best. We have a commitment to inclusion and all staff have high expectations of achievement for the students as well as themselves.
