Lettings Assistants

Required immediately

APTC 2 SCP 11 £10.96 per hour

Up to 20 hours per week, based on requirement

We currently have a pool of Lettings Assistants but due to increased demand on our facilities, we are looking to increase the number of staff.

The post holder will be expected to work under their own initiative adopting a common sense approach to support the Business Manager and Facilities Manager in accordance with the practices and procedures of the Academy. The post will involve liaising with hirers and other duties arising from the use of the premises in connection with lettings. Lettings mostly occure during evenings (between 18:00-22:30) and/or weekends (between 08:30-23:30). Actual hours and days worked will be variable, based on requirements from lettings, therefore you will be required to adopt a flexible approach to working patterns.

Emerson Park is a mixed, oversubscribed and successful 11-16 Specialist Sports College in the London Borough of Havering. We are set in pleasant surroundings on the edge of the green belt with close proximity to both countryside and central London. We are fortunate to benefit from talented and hard working staff, supportive parents, committed Governors and enthusiastic students.

Please apply online. Should you experience any technical difficulty please contact Education HR on 01708 431636.

If you wish to discuss the position or arrange a visit to the school please contact the Head's PA, Mrs Beney.

Closing date for applications is Friday 23rd February 2018.
