Executive Headteacher - Required from September 2018

Salary Range: L27 - L33 (£76,968 - £89,562)

 

The Towers Federation is looking to appoint an experienced leader to build on our achievements and open new opportunities to give our chidlren a 'love for learning and a love of life'.

The Federation is constituted of both Towers Infant and Junior School, with a recently established mursery, situated in the heart of Hornchurch. We have recently undergone an expansion project from 2FE to 3FE and have some fabulous new spaces and resources too.

Since establishing the federation in 2014, we have continued to grow together. Our academic achievements are above national expectations and we rank highly in the local authority too. But its not just our academic standards that are thriving. We are dedicated to giving the best experiences to our  pupils to inspire a love of learning, building intrinsic values that will last a lifetime.

After bringing the two schools together and building a solid foundation, our current Executive Headteacher is retiring. This is a great stage in our development to join us as this will give our new leader a secure platform to raise the bar even further.

We are looking for an established Headteacher, with a solid record of school improvement, innovation and ability to lead change effectively. The governors are dedicated and supportive in their drive for continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with vision, the ability to identify and create opportunities and crucially, to take staff, pupils and parents with them.
