FULL TIME INCLUSION MANAGER required for September 2018

Teachers' Main Scale plus TLR 2 (£4,441)   


We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and committed Inclusion Manager to work across the school. This role will lead, develop and support effective practice for pupils with particular learning needs to ensure that their learning needs are addressed in the most effective way and they are able to make rapid progress in line with the school's expectations.

You will need to be a skilled and experienced teacher with exemplary classroom practice, have understanding and experience of supporting the learning of pupils with the full range of abilities and needs a strong track record in making an impact on their progress.

This vacancy offers the opportunity for either an experienced SENCO/Inclusion Manager, or a qualified and experienced class teacher who is looking to move into the role. The successful applicant will be an experienced SENCO or will be required to hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO).

  • have experience as a class teacher;

  • be able to motivate and inspire children and adults;
  • teach at a consistently outstanding level;
  • have very good organisational and self-management skills;
  • have excellent working knowledge of the national curriculum;
  • promote equal opportunities in the classroom;
  • think and plan strategically.
