SENCO/Inclusion Manager

(Full Time - although part time will be considered)

Salary Band 2/3 plus TLR2a (£2,667)


We have a vacancy for an experienced teacher to join our team to oversee all areas of inclusion, (e.g. SEND, EAL, SEMH).

The vacancy would be suitable for an experienced SENCO or experienced teacher committed to obtaining the National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCO).

The successful applicant will continue to develop the School's SEND provision; supporting colleagues with SEND guidance, leading a team of support staff, liaising with external agencies, ensuring pupils needs are addressed.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an experienced class teacher
  • Has the NASENCO or be willing to achieve the award
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Has very good organisational and self-management skills
  • Is committed to Inclusion and support for all
