At Crownfield Junior we believe in working as a team for the children that we are responsible for and care for. We believe that our children are at the centre of all we do and we encourage and support them to be the best that they can be. We treat the children as individuals and understand that their needs are unique to them. We are extremely proud of our school.

We are looking for someone new, someone like-minded, to join our well-motivated, happy team. We would like to appoint an enthusiastic, organised person who:

  • Can demonstrate excellent classroom teaching and learning with high expectations of pupil attainment
  • Is able to challenge, motivate and support pupils of all abilities

  • Is passionate about teaching and learning and is flexible to new ideas
