ATTENDANCE OFFICER

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 week per year (term time only)

Grade: Grade 3 Points 16-20

Actual pro-rata Salary: £15,479 - £16,645 pa

 

Clockhouse Primary School is a large (three-form entry), popular community school situated in Collier Row. We also have a 90 place Nursery and a 10 place Additional Resource Provision.

Due to the retirement of the current post holder the governors of the school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Attendance Officer to work with the families of Clockhouse Primary School in order to monitor and raise our already good attendance rate. The role will also include some work supporting the School Business Manager with day to day finances. 

We are seeking to add to our team an Attendance Officer who will build upon our current successes and be a major player in realising our ambition to be an outstanding school. 

We are seeking applications from candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated and who are able to think strategically as well as deliver outstanding day-to-day performance. You will need well-developed problem solving, communication, interpersonal and management skills. You will need to demonstrate vision, energy and enthusiasm. Above all, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to contributing to on-going school improvement at Clockhouse and have a strong determination to make a positive difference to the lives of our children and families.
