Administrative Officer required

Hours: 36 hours per week,  41 weeks per year

Grade: Grade 3 points 16-20

Actual pro-rata salary: £17,997 - £19,354

 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic admin officer whose roles will include SIMS pupil data management; acting as Attendance Officer to work with SLT/EWS and the families of Branfil Primary School in order to monitor and raise our already good attendance rate; assist in the arrangements for after school clubs and other general admin roles.  

You will work with two other admin colleagues, a welfare assistant and the School Business Manager.  

We are seeking applications from candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated and who are able to think strategically as well as deliver outstanding day-to-day performance. You will need good knowledge of SIMS, good communication skills and a willingness to engage in the day to day operations of our school.
