RECEPTIONIST

Hours: 36 hours per week / 39 weeks per year

8.00 am – 3.45 pm Mon - Thurs

8.00 am – 3.30 pm Friday

Grade: Scale APTC 3 (points 14-17)

Pro rata actual Salary range: £16,998 - £17,393

 

Are you:

  • Able to provide outstanding customer service
  • Professional, enthusiastic and positive with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well organised, highly efficient and able to take initiative

Required for a September start, an excellent receptionist able to carry out ‘front of house,’ general reception and administration duties for the school in a welcoming, efficient and accurate manner. You must be able to manage competing priorities, be a team player, support the efficient office, and promote a friendly positive image of the school. Ability to be a First Aider is essential (training provided).
