HR ASSISTANT

Hours: 36 hours per week/39 weeks per year

8.30am – 4.15pm Mon – Thurs

8.30am – 4.00pm Friday

Grade: Scale APTC 4 (points 18-21)

Actual pro rata Salary range: £17,559 - £19,052

 

Are you:

  • Able to provide confidentiality at all times
  • Professional, enthusiastic and positive with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to provide an exceptionally effective administrative service
  • Well organised, highly efficient and able to take initiative

An extremely organised HR Assistant is required as soon as possible, to provide a first class administration service. Duties will include responsibility for monitoring staff absence, assisting in recruitment procedures and maintenance of HR files. You must possess excellent IT skills, be able to manage competing priorities and be a good team player. Ability to be a First Aider is essential (training provided).
