Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

FIXED TERM CONTRACT

APTC 3   SCP 14-17    £16,525 – £16,909

35 hours per week x 39 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking colleague to join our Administration Team with responsibilities to include reception duties, answering the telephone, and general administrative tasks.

 

A polite telephone manner and good inter-personal skills are essential. You will be expected to demonstrate exemplary customer service and be able to handle enquiries and complaints in a confidential and sensitive manner.

 

A working knowledge of SIMS.net and a first aid qualification would be useful however training will be given.

 

You will be involved with and have regular contact with students, staff and parents and must be able to remain calm in stressful situations. Often the information you will handle will be of a sensitive or confidential nature and therefore you must exercise due diligence and work with integrity at all times.
