Letting Assistant

Grade: Grade 3 spinal points 16-20

Salary: Session payment = £13.49 per hour + unsociable hour allowance

Required from September 1st 2018

Hours: approximately 14 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term position for 1 year initially


Elm Park Primary is a two form entry primary school. We believe that every child deserves the very best education and we are proud to grow good people, people who are inspired and excited to make a difference to their lives and the lives of those around them. We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team. 

The work entails approximately 14hrs per week – 2 evenings and Saturday mornings and any other ad hoc lettings agreed by the school.

The Governors are seeking to appoint:

  • A highly motivated individual who has knowledge and experience of managing a site;
  • A skill set to cover general maintenance and repair work;
  • A friendly and approachable person with good communication skills;
  • An individual who is able to operate a computerised security system.
