Educational Welfare Officer 

Pay scale: SO1 Spinal Points 29 – 31 (£28,356 - £30,108 FTE) 

Hours: 14-21 hours per week (flexible working pattern subject to negotiation)

 

This very important post contributes enormously to raising student achievement. The Educational Welfare Officer (EWO) works closely with teaching and non teaching staff to help students overcome barriers to learning, particularly but not exclusively in attendance and punctuality.
