Marketing Administrator

Hours: 8:10am - 5:10pm, 3 days per week

Salary: £22,442 - £28,563 dependant on qualifications and experience (full time equivalent). Salary will be pro-rata

Reporting to: Principal


An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Administrator to join Elutec to support the Leadership Team and implement the marketing strategy.

Marketing Administrator responsibilities include organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the marketing of Elutec and the attainment of its goals as well as for the long-term growth of Elutec.

The role will include the effective marketing of Elutec as a UTC to recruit potential students and enhance the brand. This will include the recruitment brochure, website, advertisements, organising open days, recording and managing data to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies, responding effectively and appropriately to enquiries from potential students, parents and other stakeholders, as well as working closely with the Elutec Leadership Team to implement the UTC Marketing Strategy.


Key Responsibilities: 

    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and co-ordination of the marketing activities
    • Organising the marketing of various projects
    • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
    • The organisation of and attendance at promotional events and the running of traditional and digital campaigns
    • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
    • Compose and post online content for the school’s website and social media accounts
    • Prepare and write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc) to raise the school’s profile in the local area
    • Order sufficient resources to facilitate open days and events including promotional materials
    • Communicate directly with parents, staff and clients and develop relationships
