SEND Learning Support Workers - Post 19 Provision ‘Routes 4 Life’
Hours: 30 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Grade: APTC 3 Point 14 or possibly APTC 4 Point 18

Due to our exciting new expansion we are looking for learning support workers passionate about developing life skills & community interaction for SEND learners in our new 19 – 25 provision ‘Routes 4 Life’.
We are looking to recruit individuals from an educational or adult support background with experience of working with young adults with SEND. You will need to be able to use initiative and problem solving skills to help young learners gain further independence as you will be expected to work 1-1 in the community as well as at our provision.
This is a successful school with a supportive leadership, staff team and governors with very special children and young people. We are seeking to appoint learning support workers to support students (sometimes 1:1) in our Post 19 setting. A first aid qualification would be desirable but not essential.
