REPROGRAPHICS OFFICER

Hours: 20 hours per week/40 weeks per year

(Mon – Fri 10am – 2pm)

Grade: Scale APTC 3 points 14-17  

Actual pro rata salary: £9,677 - £9,902 p.a

 

Are you:

  • Able to provide a first class reprographics service
  • Professional, enthusiastic and positive with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well organised, highly efficient and able to take initiative
  • Able to provide confidentiality at all times

 

We have an exciting role for a Reprographics Officer available to join us as soon as possible.

Duties will include printing, photocopying, binding and laminating documents as required. Designing and producing printed materials as well as maintaining reprographic supplies and recording faults. You must possess excellent IT skills, be creative and able to manage competing priorities and be a good team player. Experience of using reprographics technology (photocopiers, laminators, binders, scanner) is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
