Administrative Assistant

Hours: 18 hours per week

Salary: Grade 2, points 11-15

£19,896 - £20,136 (full time salary quoted)

Contract: Temporary until July 2019 (Maternity Cover)

 

Are you organised, driven, enthusiastic and cheerful?

We would like to appoint someone on a maternity cover basis to support our School Business Manager and reception staff in all aspects of administrative management.

The successful candidate will be flexible, able to use their initiative, have emotional intelligence and able to work as part of a great office team. You will have strong organisation and IT skills (including Excel packages).

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Admin and secretarial support to the school (experience of Sims ESSENTIAL)
  • An understanding of safeguarding procedures and processes
  • Able to be the ‘face of the school’ and good communication skills
