Midday Assistant

Required from October 2018

Hours: 1 hour 05 minutes a day (11.40am – 12.45pm Monday to Friday) 38 weeks per year

Grade: Grade 2 points 11 - 15

Salary: £2,475 - £2,505 pro rata actual salary

Contract: Fixed Term

 

We are looking for a Midday Assistant to work with a child who needs additional support at lunchtime. Previous experience working with children with special educational needs would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will report directly to our Midday Supervisor and must be able to work effectively as part of a team. You should be flexible, punctual and able to deal with all matters in a fair and consistent manner. You should be caring, approachable, have a positive outlook and the ability to work in a calm manner at all times.  

The School operates a two shift lunch rota and this role will be assigned to cover the KS1 lunch break, however flexibility to switch shifts and cover KS2 lunch may be required.
