Vacancy Description

MIDDAY PLAY LEADERS

Hours: 7.5 hours per week (12.15pm - 1.45pm), Term time only

Grade: 2 points 11-15

Contract: Permanent

 

Harrow Lodge Primary School wish to appoint 2 x Midday PlayLeaders to be part of our team who make lunchtime a positive experience for all our pupils. The successful candidate  will be expected to nurture good behaviour  and encourage pupil engagement in active playtimes as well as to ensure the safety of our children.

We are looking for people who:

  • Enjoys playing with children
  • Can organise group games and deal with friction in a kind and gentle fashion
  • Has good communication skills
  • Is able to follow policy and procedure as well as report any issues to the right people
  • Is punctual, friendly, caring and dependable
  • Who has a positive attitude and can work in a calm manner
  • can work in a team as well as on their own when needed
