TEACHING ASSISTANT (SEN)

Hours: 27.5 hours per week

Grade: Grade 2, points 11-15. (Full Time annual salary of £19,896 - £20,136)

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: Required as soon as possible

 

 

Are you looking for a new challenge? Harold Wood Primary School is looking to employ an empathic Teaching Assistant with emphasis on behaviour support for a Reception child. The successful candidate should be able to work with challenging behaviour, possess an understanding and patient nature, together with knowledge of how social, emotional and mental health affects children.  A sense of humour and ability to keep things in perspective, whilst having an open mind is also essential.  The Teaching Assistant should have the confidence to act on their own initiative at all times.
