Learning support  Assistant

Hours: 27.5 per week

Grade: 2 points 11-15

Salary: £19,896 - £20,126 (pro rata)

Contract: Temporary until July 29 with a possibility of becoming permanent in September.

Start date: as soon as possible


We are looking for someone new to join our well-motivated, happy and successful team. We would like to appoint an enthusiastic, person who has an interest in supporting students to enable them to fulfil their full potential, possibly on a one to one basis. Previous experience of working with young children is essential as is a good standard of Literacy and Numeracy.

Crownfield is a well-resourced school that is set in beautiful grounds. The children are great to work with: polite, enthusiastic and hard working. OFSTED (June 2018) said ‘The school has a strong culture of care. Pupils are extremely polite and well behaved.  In lessons, they are engaged in their learning and listen to one another respectfully.’
