Salary: Scale 5, points 22 to 25. £22,956 p.a. (52 weeks per year)/£20,516 p.a. (40 weeks weeks per year)
Hornbeam Academy Trust is a small Multi Academy Trust of three Special Schools on four sites in East London. It is made up of Hornbeam Academy in Waltham Forest and Dycorts School and Ravensbourne School in Havering.
We are looking to recruit a highly professional and experienced Administrator to join our friendly HR team. The successful candidate will be required to support our schools with all aspects of HR including recruitment, managing sickness absence, payroll and contractual changes.
You should have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and be confident working with people at all levels. You should have a calm manner and be able to deal with situations professionally and confidentially. You should possess good IT and communications skills and be able to prioritise your work on a daily basis. Experience of working with SIMS would be advantageous but is not essential.
This position will be based at Ravensbourne School in Havering however regular travel between the schools will be required including weekly visits to our Head Office near Walthamstow. As regular travel between schools is required it is essential that you possess a full driving licence and have use of your own transport for work.
Please note this is a full time position working 36 hours per week however we would consider term time working contract (40 weeks).
