Brady Primary School, an exciting community centred, school is looking to appoint a class teacher to complement the already strong and successful team.

The school is oversubscribed and received a ‘Good’ judgement in January 2017, with many outstanding aspects including behaviour. The school is now looking to continue on the journey to ‘Outstanding’ by appointing an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher.

The successful candidate will be highly ambitious for all pupils, the school and their own development. They will be able to motivate pupils and staff and work with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership team and Governing body to plan and implement school improvement strategies.

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate at least Good classroom practice
  • Work with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Leadership team to lead a subject focussing on whole school improvement
  • Have accurate and up to date subject knowledge
  • Have excellent behaviour management to compliment the outstanding behaviour we have in school
