Teaching Assistant - Advanced Level Inclusion Support Assistant

Hours:  33.75 hours per week - 8:15am-4pm.

5 days each week/39 weeks per year plus 5.3 weeks holiday pay

Grade: Grade 4, points 21-25 

Salary: £22,425-£24,999. Actual pro rata salary: £17,861 - £19,911 per annum.

Contract: Permanent

Start: As soon as possible.

 

We are an infant school close to Hornchurch town centre. We are looking for an Inclusion Support Assistant to join our team.

The right person will be able to supervise and manage individuals, groups and whole classes. You will work with the team to support teaching and learning, providing specialist support to teachers/senior staff.

The person we are looking for is flexible, adaptable, a good communicator and team player who has a very positive outlook and is able to forge good relationships with children, parents and staff. You will be passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Previous experience with children with behaviour and emotional needs is essential.
